A Look At Candidates Vying to Chair the African Union

African leaders will, on 15-16 February, elect the chairperson of the African Union Commission. Currently there are three candidates: Raila Odinga of Kenya, Mahamoud Ali Youssouf of Djibouti, and Richard Randriamandrato of Madagascar.
